Delight in this well fitting, figure skimming, feminine summer staple. The wicker stitch details add interest to the knitting experience, and create a lovely breathable fabric. The summery linen blend yarn is a perfect match, with stunning stitch definition and gorgeous drape.
Construction:
Wicker Dreams is worked top down seamlessly, with a contiguous neckband, short row shoulder shaping, optional bust shaping, and hourglass body shaping.
As with all my size inclusive garment patterns, you can use the code ANTIFATTAX to get 20% off the pattern, intended for sizes 6-10 to help combat the extra costs incurred by knitting larger sizes.

Sizing
I recommend choosing a size based on your upper chest measurement, or the one that will fit your shoulders best.
Intended to fit an upper chest of 31”, 34.25”, 37.5”, (40.75”, 44”, 47.35”) {50.5”, 53.75”, 57”, 60.25”} / 77.5 cm, 85.5 cm, 94 cm, (102 cm, 110 cm, 118 cm) {126.5 cm, 134.5 cm, 142.5 cm, 150.5 cm}.
and a full bust of 30”, 34”, 38”, (42”, 46”, 50”) {54”, 58”, 62”, 66”} / 75 cm, 85 cm, 95 cm, (105 cm, 115 cm, 125 cm) {135 cm, 145 cm, 155 cm, 165 cm}.
Finished garment bust circumference:
34.5”, 39.5”, 42.75”, (47.5”, 50.75”, 55.75”) {59”, 62.25”, 67.25”, 70.5”} / 86 cm, 98.5 cm, 106.5 cm, (119 cm, 127 cm, 139.5 cm) {147.5 cm, 156 cm, 168 cm, 176.5 cm}
The top is meant to be worn with 0” / 0 cm of ease at the bust and waist, and 7” / 17.5 cm of positive ease at the hip.
Waist and Hip circumferences are easily adjusted.
Please see the size chart and schematic in the photos for additional garment measurements, A-F are finished garment measurements. Pay special attention to D the cross shoulder measurement, it should be slightly narrower than your cross front measurement.
Sample is size 2 worn with the recommended ease, and 2” / 5 cm bust darts. I am 5’6” / 166 cm.
Gauge
22 stitches and 32 rows in 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch on (Smaller) needles, after blocking.
27 stitches and 28 rows in 4” / 10 cm in Wicker stitch on (Larger) needles, after blocking. This row gauge grows with blocking and wear, so your blocked swatch may have a slightly tighter row gauge than the finished and blocked garment.
